Calendula flowers soothe and soften skin. It is perfect for easing sore muscles, aches, and pains, and may help rid the body of toxins. Epsom salt helps ease muscle aches. It can soften rough, dry skin, and exfoliate dead skin cells. For an ultimate bath experience, I have added Ylang Ylang essential oil. Due to the calming and soothing properties of Ylang Ylang oil, this bath will be just what you need to help you unwind after a long day
Run a warm bath, add a single tube of the salt mixture and unwind! For easy cleanup use a mesh drain strainer to catch the dried flowers. Rinse the tub after use and discard the flowers.
